What is floating?

Float therapy is a powerful tool for wellness, relaxation, pain relief and a better night's sleep. As with any therapy, the benefits are enhanced with regular use. Stress, tension and pain did not form overnight will take time to experience the greatest relief—luckily, floating is a relaxing, fun,and effortless to achieve amazing, life-bettering results.

+Relaxation Response

The tank suppresses the functioning of the sympathetic nervous system which when active produces our stress response (fight or flight).
