Arron Lakey, BCTMB CMT
Arron was born in Pasadena, California and has lived locally for the past seven years. He started his training at Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2006. During this time he studied Deep Tissue, Russian Sports Massage, Cranial Sacral, Prenatal, Shiatsu, Structural, Acupressure, and Trigger Point.
Arron obtained his California Certified Massage Therapist license from the California Massage Therapy Council. He is also Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork through NCBTMB and Board Certified. Through his continuing education and 10 years of practice, he has learned to use intuition to adapt to the needs of each client to create deep relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit.
Arron is a father to two boys and enjoys hiking, sitting at the beach, gazing at the cosmos and furthering his education in psychology and sociology.

Skylar Stumf, CMT
Trained in Asian Bodywork at Five Branches University, Skylar harmonizes anatomical precision, intuitive touch, and client-centered care to guide the inherent, spontaneous rebalancing that stress and musculoskeletal tension are prone to disrupt.Skylar is currently continuing the road of scholarship by attending the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program at Five Branches University.Besides offering massage, Skylar pours ceremonial tea, practices internal martial arts, and cultivates relationship to nature.

Sarah Woods, CMT
Sarah has been practicing massage since 2008 when she graduated from the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in San Jose. Because of her passion for massage, and to better serve her clients, she completed an additional 450 hour Advanced Neuromuscular Program from NHI in 2016. Sarah absolutely loves massage and it is a joy for her to help people feel and achieve their best.

Adam started doing massage professionally after attending the Baltimore School of Massage in 1991. Two years later he decided to focus on Asian bodywork and attended the Baltimore School of Shiatsu, which led to a journey through South East Asia in the winter of 1995 to study Thai Massage. He attended the basic through advanced massage training at the main Buddhist temple, Wat Po, in Bangkok and completed another course at the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Since 2011 he has been training at Esalen in the Deep Bodywork modality created by Perry and Johanna Holloman. And in 2013 he began an intensive training in KMI, a Structural Integration approach based on Ida Rolf’s method and teaching. Adam's specialties are Deep Tissue, Thai Massage and Shiatsu.

Elizabeth’s passion for alternative forms of healing began with her interests in art and philosophy. After studying these subjects at the University of California, Santa Cruz, Elizabeth attended Cypress Health Institute for massage. Her education includes Polarity, Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Esalen Massage. Elizabeth has learned from Larry Bernstein and Jay Negron, and continues to further her education as a graduate student in Counseling Psychology at the California Institute of Integral Studies. Elizabeth’s massage favors slow deep/focused work, along with subtle energetic techniques that tend to create a deep, dreamy effect.

Joslyn attended Monterey Institute of Touch in Carmel, CA where she received a diverse training in various massage modalities. In addition to Swedish massage, she learned foundational principles and techniques in Reflexology, Reiki, Thai, Polarity, Shiatsu, Geriatric, Prenatal, and Sports massage. Joslyn also has a background in psychology and hospice work. While attaining her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, in Palo Alto, CA, Joslyn developed a deep appreciation for the mind, body, spirit connection, propelling her in the field of body work. Joslyn brings this holistic approach to her sessions where each client is treated uniquely and with respect. In her massages one can expect a variety of techniques, appropriate stretches, and an intuitive and compassionate presence.

Jessie has over 300 hours of Esalen massage training, weaving in elements of deep tissue and Swedish long strokes. She also has 200 hours of training through Five Branches University specializing in deep body work combined with Meridian massage to help soothe the nervous system. Jessie’s been teaching yoga in the community for over five years in addition to her massage practice and her goal is to combine the modalities to help bridge the connection through breath consciousness, yogic movement and the healing art of massage therapy. If there’s a specific area in the body that needs extra attention, Jessie can educate the client into specific stretches in addition to the massage itself to help nurture that area. She has a balanced, holistic approach, with a strong intuitive sense of the body. Her mission is to help her clients feel more embodied after each session.

Trinity Taylor is a graduate of California Holistic Institute of Massage located on the central coast in San Luis Obispo. Trained in Swedish massage, Trinity likes to provide an integrated intuitive massage guided by the client's needs, incorporating various styles and techniques of massage to give a pleasant relaxing full body massage. Trinity enjoys learning new massage modalities, gardening, walking on the beach with her family, and volunteering.
